Our grade 2's have the opportunity to experience the theater presentation, "The Lion, The Witch and the Wardrobe" presented by the Alberta Theatre Projects, located at the Martha Cohen Theatre (Arts Commons 215-8th Avenue) next week on Wednesday, December 4.
Please ensure your child:
Our grade 2's have the opportunity to experience the theater presentation, "The Lion, The Witch and the Wardrobe" presented by the Alberta Theatre Projects, located at the Martha Cohen Theatre (Arts Commons 215-8th Avenue) next week on Wednesday, December 4. Please ensure your child:
- dresses appropriately for the weather conditions
- brings a nut-free lunch and water bottle
- complies with the school's expectations for students and the student code of conduct
The cost for this trip is $22.88 per student. Thank you to all parents who have already paid. If you have not paid yet, please do so ASAP using your MyCBE/Power school account. Do not send cash or cheques to school. All forms and online payments must be received prior to the field trip.
If your child will not be attending the field trip, please let your child's teacher know ASAP.
9:45 Board the Bus
10:00 Buses depart from Royal Oak School
10:45 Buses arrive at the theater and students eat their lunch and use the washroom
11:30 Performance begins (includes a 15 minute intermission)
1:30 Question period with actors
1:45 Students, staff, volunteers board the bus
2:00 Buses depart from Martha Cohen Theater
2:45 Buses arrive at Royal Oak School
